Frequently Asked Questions
Do we hang customer provided Christmas lights?
Yes, we do but we only provide installation and removal. Maintenance and storage are the customer’s responsibility. Also, if the lights are not LED, the customer needs to provide all electrical components for adequate Christmas Light installation such as extension cords and outlets.
Do we own the Christmas lights or do does Hallelujah Lighting?
If we provide the holiday lighting, all materials used are leased by the customer. We install, maintain, remove, and store the lights.
Can we purchase lights from Hallelujah Lighting?
Yes, you can purchase lighting from Hallelujah Lighting. All materials sold are commercial grade quality. This guarantees longevity and dependability without the headache of repurchasing from box stores or Amazon. We offer an array of Christmas lights and other outdoor holiday décor in various colors and arrangements.
Is their different pricing for one-story and two-story homes and buildings?
Yes, there is different pricing for Level 1 roof-line lighting and Level 2 roof-line lighting. Level 2 lighting prices also vary depending on slopes, gables, access points, and ladder extension/lift requirements.
What bulb types are used?
C9 and C7 bulbs should only be used for roof-line lighting. These bulbs provide enough illumination power and clarity for Christmas Light sightseers to enjoy and love from the roof-line. Sidewalk and driveway lining require C6 while tree lighting and shrub netting requires various size mini-lighting.
Are all wiring lights customized to our home’s Christmas Light Display?
Yes, we custom size lights to each customer’s home and outdoor lighting display.
Is there a cost difference from the first year of installation?
Yes, there is a 20-30% cost difference for the following years as long as the returning customer books their Christmas Light Installation in the advance months of October and the first of November.
When do you remove the lights?
All lights will be removed the week after the New Years Holiday. If New Year's day falls on a Sunday or Monday, the removal will be the following week. Our work weeks start on Sunday; however, we never work on Sundays.
Does someone need to present for installation or removal?
No, but payment is required upon completion and customer arrangements need to be made before we leave the job site.
As a Christian Businesswoman for over 14 years with a creative passion for spreading the spirit of Christmas, outdoor Christmas displays have been a fascination since childhood. Every year, I would beg my parents (now my husband) to take me Christmas light sightseeing each weekend up till Christmas Day. This passion has now become complete with Hallelujah Lighting. From designing a 37 ft Christmas Tree light displays to highlighting farm fences and American flags with Christmas lights, Hallelujah Lighting allows me to share my love of Christmas lights with others.
